The man is described as being in his 20s, clean-shaven with a slim build and fair complexion.

Four women and staff at a restaurant complained of sexual comments, indecent exposure and sexual assault between 4:00-5:00 p.m. on Oct. 31, police say.

The suspect made sexual comments and exposed himself to staff at a restaurant, who managed to get him out of the store. A woman in the Skywalk system in the 300 block of Portage Avenue was approached by a man who exposed himself. Another man said a man touched her in a “sexual and inappropriate manner” as she left a business in the 300 block of Portage Avenue.

Two women walking on the University of Winnipeg campus were confronted by a “male suspect who exposed himself and assaulted both females on the ground, then fled on foot,” police said in a release. Neither required medical attention.

And a woman also reported being groped while at a store in the 200 block of Portage Avenue.
