Taylor Swift is getting back together with her Winnipeg fans.
The 22-year-old country-pop superstar’s upcoming Red Tour will stop in the city next summer, Swift announced Friday on her website.
Swift is slated to perform at Investors Group Field — assuming the city’s new stadium is ever completed, of course — on Saturday June 22.It’s one of just three Canadian dates on her tour, which kicks off in March in Omaha and wraps up in September in Nashville. British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran — who collaborated with Swift on the Red number Everything Has Changed — will be her opening act.
Ticket prices and onsale dates have not been announced, though Swift’s website says seats for some shows will be available Nov. 16.
